At Nozaki Trading it is our top priority to ensure that there are no risks involved for customers who purchase used Japanese vehicles through us. For every step of the way, we make sure that our customers get what is promised to them in terms of quality, shipment procedures and payment processes through a carefully designed system. The presence of our certified inspectors make sure that every vehicle we deliver is up to the mark and in accordance with what the seller claims.
AHJ’S INSPECTION PROCESS TO DELIVER RELIABLE AUTOMOBILES
EASY SELECTION OF CARS
Cars are listed regularly for auction, which means you will be buying a fresh car. If you are buying from stock, you cannot be sure about the time it has spent on the dealer’s yard. The time can be months or years. For fresh cars, buying from an auction is the best option.
QUICK INSPECTION OF YOUR CARS
We make sure that we only bid on cars that are in good condition. Our inspection personnel single out cars for bidding by visiting the auction sites and being on the lookout for cars that meet our standards in terms of exterior mileage and mechanical state.
ENGINE / CHASSIS CLEANING
Freshly purchased vehicles are sent to our workshop where maintenance, servicing and repairs are carried out by our professionals. Different parts of the vehicle are washed properly with a steam cleaner, these include engine bay and underneath the chassis and sometimes even the entire body of the vehicle is subjected to this treatment.
PLANNED MAINTENANCE WORK
If the customers want a specific mechanical work done on the vehicle before shipment, the request will also be taken care of by our experts who will create and share a mechanical plan for the vehicle. This plan will be communicated to the customer by our Sales or Customer Relations team.
OTHER MAINTENANCE
If customers want any sort of basic reconditioning work done on their vehicle i.e. changing brake or engine oil, lubrication, tires or battery replacement, drive shaft boots or other similar jobs required to maintain the car, we can deliver all these services along with offering the special service of changing RHD cars to LHD.
PAINTING AND PANEL BEATING
We have fully functional panel beating and painting units in our yard. Our experienced professionals perform panel beating, painting, color mixing, surface treatment, spraying, polishing and other bodyworks at our painting booths if any of these processes are required for the cars we purchase on our customers’ behalf.
