Once you have provided us with the necessary information regarding the vehicle you want, and have made the initial auction deposit, we can start searching and send you possible matches daily. Once you give us a go ahead to purchase, we will source your car.
We will prepare your vehicle for export to any port of your choosing and will handle all the booking and shipping process from Japan. Depending on your country and method of shipping, costs for transport will be confirmed.
All vehicles sold at auction are given an overall grade by the independent auction engineers that inspect them. Grades can range from 0 to 9 but most auctions only use 0 to 5. This number is shown in either the top left or top right of the auction sheet.
We thoroughly inspect every vehicle to ensure highest quality possible, and provide only the most recent pictures of the vehicles to our customers for their satisfaction. Furthermore, our agents guide you extensively about the vehicle’s condition before and after you buy them.
Yes, we examine the car completely and once satisfied, we bid on your selected vehicles.

- QUESTIONS REGARDING SHIPMENT
We will ship your vehicle as soon as you complete the minimum deposit for shipment. It is 50%~100% of the Total C&F, which is required for the shipment to be processed.
We cannot commit an accurate time of shipment as it depends on shipping schedule and availability of space. On an average, it takes 4 to 6 weeks.
Once shipment has departed, Original BL Scan will be supplied within 2-3 business days after the complete CNF payment is made.
The Documents will include:
Original Invoice
Original Export Certificate (Japanese)
Translated Export Certificate (English)
Two Copies of the Original BL
Original Export Inspection Certificate (If required)
Yes, we update our customers diligently about the progress of shipment and dispatching of documents.
- QUESTIONS REGARDING PAYMENT
You are required to make the complete payment after the bid is won, to avoid any delay in the shipment.
You are required to make a deposit of 100,000 Yen for cars that are lower than or equal to 1,000,000 Yen in auction. For the vehicles above 1,000,000 Yen and equal to 1,500,000 Yen, the deposit amount will be 150,000 Yen. For Vehicles above 1,500,000 Yen, the deposit amount will be 20% of the unit value. The deposit will be deducted from the balance of your account once purchase is made.
Our fee includes auction fees, Japanese de-registration fees, mandatory recycling fees, preparing export documentation, in-land transportation, and handling charges related to bringing the vehicle into approval for export.
- MISCELLANEOUS QUESTIONS
If you are unsure about the import regulations of your country, please contact the proper authority with regards to customs and importation of vehicles in your country. We can provide basic information on customs and regulations for many countries, BUT, these regulations obviously vary and change depending on nation.
If export inspection (JEVIC/ JAAI etc.) is required at your country due to the import regulation, the inspection type & requirement must be implied from the buyer before the export.
Depending on your country of residence, shipping may be done by container, or by “RORO”. We can explain your best options prior to purchase.
